Jess and Nate are the absolute best. They are always so accommodating and prompt. They make you feel so comfortable when you’re around them. I would definitely consider them friends after using the toxi taxi multiple times. Definitely check out the Lights in the Heights tour for Christmas, the VIP way to see the Christmas lights.

I can’t say enough how great of an addition toxi taxi is to the community. Jess and her husband Nate are great! Personal and professional. Cart is nice & has seat belts! Great with my son and even played his music choices. We’ve used toxi taxi a few times, the first being the heights Christmas tour and a few times going to get dinner and it’s always been a great experience! I’ll never use Uber around here again!

The game was canceled because of weather so he texted to see if they could pick him up earlier from the stadium to take him home and they adjusted their schedule without hesitation. He told us the whole experience was great for him. We will definitely use their service again!
